1:1 COACHING FOR HIGH-ACHIEVING WOMEN IN CORPORATE
You've spent your whole life achieving. You just didn't expect it to cost you this much.
Achievement fueled by self-abandonment has an expiration date.
You figured out early that achievement was currency, and you spent years collecting it. You got good grades. You were the pleasure to have in class. And you excelled in extracurriculars. Then came the career, the salary, the recognition. Your empathy, sensitivity, attention to detail, and ability to read a room have made you exceptional at what you do.But somewhere along the way, the woman behind the high performance mask got a little lost. And now, you're burned out and exhausted in a way that sleep or vacation doesn’t fix. Overstimulated in a way that doesn't seem to affect your colleagues the same way. Lying awake, cycling through tomorrow's to-do list while wondering if this is really all there is. This is not because you're week or doing it wrong.
It's because you’ve spent your entire life running on a different operating system than everyone around you, without realizing it.
THE TRUTH MOST BURNOUT COACHES WON'T TELL YOU
The standard advice tells you to have better boundaries, stick to a smarter morning routine, and “leave work at work.”But that guidance wasn’t designed for the woman who picks up the unspoken tension in a meeting before a word is said. For the one who carries the emotional weight of a conversation long after everyone else has moved on. For the one who gives everything she has to her work because she genuinely cares…and then wonders why there's nothing left when she logs off.You haven't failed at the standard strategies. The standard strategies failed to account for you. The answer isn't to want less, feel less, or do less. The answer is to finally understand how you're actually wired, and build from that place instead. There's a version of you who is still ambitious, high-performing, and committed to the work she does. But she’s also grounded, boundaried, and fully herself. She leads from her center instead of from fear of not being enough. And she brings her full intelligence into every room she walks into – not despite her depth and sensitivity, but because of it.That woman isn't who you're trying to become. She's who you already are underneath the performance. This work is how you find her.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You hold yourself to standards most people around you wouldn't even recognize. But you still feel guilty every time you stop working, because a part of you is convinced you haven't done enough.
You absorb the room without trying to. The tension in a meeting. The unspoken frustration on a colleague's face. The weight of someone else's bad day that somehow became yours. By the time you log off, you're not sure which feelings even belong to you.
You're the one everyone comes to. The capable one. The reliable one. The one who figures it out. You've been needed for so long that it's become part of your identity. And that makes the depletion that comes with it almost impossible to name out loud.
You've technically logged off, but your nervous system hasn't. You spend your evenings on low-grade alert, half-present, bracing for tomorrow. Rest doesn't feel restful and weekends aren’t enough.
The praise doesn't land the way the criticism does. You walked out of a good performance review and spent three days replaying the one thing that stung. You can receive feedback intellectually. Emotionally, it's a different story.
Things that used to feel manageable now feel like too much. You can't explain why this is happening, which is its own kind of exhausting.
You know something needs to shift, but you don't know where to start or who to trust with it. You've tried things that didn't stick. And the idea of investing energy you don't have into something else that doesn't work feels like a risk you can't afford right now.
The hardest part is that you've been carrying most of this alone.
Because how do you explain to a colleague, partner or friend, that you're not just tired... you're tired in a way that has a completely different origin? That you haven't figured out how to "leave work at work" not because you lack discipline, but because that's not how your nervous system works? That you're not struggling to keep up, you're struggling to keep yourself (the real, whole, underneath-the-performance version) intact. You've been navigating by everyone else's map for years, so it makes complete sense that you've lost your way. The good news is you’re not alone, and there is a path forward.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
When you understand how you're actually wired, everything shifts — not just how you feel, but who you become.
As a person: You stop outsourcing your sense of worth to your output. You develop a relationship with yourself that isn't contingent on what you've produced, who you've helped, or how well you performed today. You become someone who can rest without guilt, receive without deflecting, and feel without being consumed by what you feel. The baseline hum of low-grade anxiety that you've normalized for so long starts to quiet: not because life gets easier, but because you get steadier.
As a professional: You stop absorbing other people's urgency as your own. You make decisions from your own center rather than from anxiety, approval-seeking, or the need to prove yourself. The qualities that have always made you exceptional (your ability to read a room, to hold complexity, to care deeply about the quality of your work) remain fully intact. But now they're in service of you, not at the expense of you. You bring a different kind of presence into meetings, into leadership, into the work: one that is both more grounded and more powerful than what you've been able to access from a state of depletion.
As a leader: The woman who has done this work doesn't just lead differently — she expands what leadership is allowed to look like. Her depth becomes a strategic asset. Her sensitivity becomes a source of perception others don't have access to. She becomes the kind of leader she always needed and rarely had.
You don't have to choose between being exceptional at your career and being whole as a person.

THE PROGRAM
Reclaimed: A High Performer's Return to Herself
A 12-week 1:1 coaching program for sensitive, high-achieving women in corporate who are ready to stop performing their life and start leading it, from the inside out.
Reclaimed is not a productivity system. It's not therapy. It's not a course you complete and forget. This is structured, deeply personalized 1:1 coaching that takes both your ambition and your sensitivity seriously, and treats them as the complementary forces they've always been.
We start by mapping the deeper patterns driving how you show up: not your habits or your calendar, but the underlying architecture of how you process, respond, and relate.
Then we do the slower, more honest work of meeting the parts of you that have been running on overdrive, understanding where they came from, and rebuilding your relationship with success, work, and yourself from a place that's actually yours.
I bring the structure, the tools, and the support. The insight and the transformation come from you.
WEEKS 1-4
The Mapping
Understand the full picture of what's actually happening. Before anything can shift, you need to see clearly. In these first four weeks, we map the specific ways your energy has been draining without your awareness. These are the patterns that have been quietly running your life and the places you've been abandoning yourself to keep performing. This is the wiring underneath the exhaustion. For many women, this phase alone begins to change something.
WEEKS 5-8
The Unraveling
Meet and dismantle the patterns that have been running your life. The patterns driving your burnout made sense once. They were adaptive, intelligent responses to real experiences. In this phase, we meet them with compassion rather than judgment, and begin the work of choosing something different. This is where the deeper shifts happen.
WEEKS 9-12
The Rebuilding
Design a way of working and living built for who you actually areThis is a redesign in service of your authentic Self: not who you've been performing as, not who you think you should be. This version of you is both fully capable and fully whole, and she leads from that integration, not in spite of it.This is where the magic happens.
What's included
A 12-week container with weekly 55-minute, 1:1 sessions, each followed by a personalized summary and reflection prompts so the work continues between sessions
A personalized energy map: a clear picture of your patterns, your specific drains, and what's actually been driving your performance
A self-leadership toolkit built around how you're wired, not a generic framework you'll abandon in three weeks
Grounding practices for the moments when everything feels like too much, designed for someone with a full life and a demanding job
1:1 support from someone who has spent 14+ years inside the corporate environment and understands what you're navigating

WHO YOU ARE WHEN YOU WALK OUT
Twelve weeks from now, you are not a different person. You are a more complete version of the one you've always been.
You know how you're wired: not as a liability to manage, but as an architecture to work with.
You understand where your energy goes, what depletes you, and what actually restores you.
You've met the patterns that were quietly running your life and made conscious choices about which ones you're keeping.
You show up to work with more presence and authenticity. You lead with more authority and less armor.
You are still ambitious (perhaps more so!) because your ambition is now coming from a grounded place instead of fear.
You have more to give, because you've stopped giving from empty.
And perhaps most importantly: you trust yourself. Not in a platitude way. In a “I know who I am and I know what I'm doing here” way that changes how you move through every room, every conversation, every decision.
That's what we're building in these twelve weeks.

About Kiersten
Hi, I'm Kiersten.
I've spent 14+ years in enterprise tech across Marketing, HR, and Professional Services. For a lot of those years, I was excelling on paper while quietly running on empty. I was good at reading rooms, managing complexity, and showing up for everyone who needed me. What I wasn't good at was recognizing the cost of doing all of that while consistently leaving myself out of the equation. What shifted things wasn't a better system or a smarter strategy. It was understanding that the way I move through the world — the depth, the sensitivity, the intensity of how I process everything — wasn't something to manage around or apologize for. It was something to understand and work with. That realization changed not just how I approach my career, but how I move through my entire life.I'm still in corporate, and I'm still a high performer. But the woman underneath operates from a fundamentally truer, more authentic, and resourced place. And I feel deeply called to help you find that for yourself.I pursued my coaching certifications through iPEC, one of the most rigorous and globally recognized coach training programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation. And I built Reclaimed as the exact program I wish had existed when I was going through my own period of burnout.I've worked with women across tech, healthcare, manufacturing, and more. The industries differ. The patterns don't.
Ready to find out if this is right for you?

You want to advance, contribute, and do meaningful work without burning out in the process.
You're done with generic, "quick fix" advice that doesn't account for how you're actually wired.
You're ready to show up with honesty, commitment, and a genuine willingness to look within.
If this sounds like you, let's talk.
Book a free 45-minute call. This is a genuine, compassionate, no-pressure conversation about where you are, what you're navigating, and whether working together makes sense. There's no pitch, no script, and no obligation. Just an honest conversation between two people seeing if there's a fit.
If it's right, we'll talk about next steps. And if it's not, that's completely fine too.
